King George V Room
This suite sleeps up to 3 adults.
Measuring 6m by 3.2m (20′ by 10’6″) the furniture comprises a solid Rosewood 1890 Renaissance Standard double bed with quartered veneered design and a matching King sized single with a large bedside cabinet and lamp between. There is also a 1920 mahogany wardrobe and an Edwardian chest of drawers upon which you will find your tea/coffee making facilities. A 28″ flat screen tv and a thermostatically controlled radiator complete the ambience of the room whose window overlooks the patio, fruit trees and cricket field as described previously. Amongst the pictures on the wall is a print of a steam train by Cuneo (you may be asked by the owners if you have succeeded in finding the mouse hidden somewhere within it).
The shower room comprises a highly decorated Victorian style toilet and sink, a step-in power shower, a shaving socket (240/115v) with light, a highly decorated hand painted mirror and a radiator.
